About the class

During classes you will learn the basic move and quickly progress onto learning more advanced moves and tricks which all burn the calories and put a smile on your face! The class is very informal yet very effective. 10 minutes of hula hooping can burn up to 100 calories and it’s also a great way to increase flexibility and work those abs! Come along and get jiggy with it!
