Hoop Blast is 30 minutes of intensity fitness hooping. Working out your whole body and focusing on legs, bums and tums.
The duration of the course is 8 weeks, one 30 minute session each week to put on a sweat and get pumped!
Booking for this course is essential- there is only 6 spaces per course.
